Growing up in Switzerland Simon found his way into the entertainment industry as a radio host and DJ for national radio. Only 19 years old at the time, he got a chance to host the most listened to and iconic radio show in the country — interviewing international stars like Madonna, Beyonce, Kylie Minouge, Shakira, Lenny Kravitz and many more. Later Simon went on to host a night time DJ show which allowed him to go to film school during daytime. Understanding both sides, the film world and the music industry he soon became one of the most sought after directors for music videos in his home country. His graduation film ‘Vandals’ was shown at festivals around the world, winning awards at prestigious festivals like Berlin and Clairmont - Ferrand Short Film Festival. When Simon first moved to Los Angeles he started working for music video director Ben Mor and helped create music videos for Coldplay, The Black Eyed Peas and Maroon 5 as a second unit director. Simon now works as a commercial director and currently develops his first feature that is going to be shot later this year.
